Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale i resepsjonen. Hyggelig felles oppholdsrom. Rommet var stille, selv om hotellet ligger i et veikryss. Sov derfor godt. Trangt i frokostsalen. Dårlig vedlikeholdt rom med vinduer som er vanskelig å lukke. dermed var det kaldt på rommet. Lys i gangen var ikke reparert, samt synlig slitasje på lister på badet. Å få tildelt frossent glutenfritt brød med beskjed om å tine opp i mikrobølgeovn selv, er en nedtur. Måten pålegg til frokost var tilrettelagt på, gjorde at jeg som cøliaker ikke kunne være sikker på om pålegget var fritt for glutensmitte. Det hadde vært tryggere med ordentlig skille av mat for de med og uten gluten eller andre allergier.

Hotellet är korrekt, men lite tråkigt. Personalen, med undantag för några få, är korrekta, men inte överdrivet serviceinriktade. Finns det mesta till frukosten, men saknade lite mer hälsosamma alternatuv. Ligger en mycket trevlig restaurang/pub, Sorbon, vägg-i-vägg med hotellet. Bra läge nära tunnelbanan och det tar 20 minuter till centralen.

Wie haben eine Last Minute Option nach Stockholm gebucht und waren mit dem Hotel zufrieden. Preis-Leistung hat gestimmt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet, das Hotel wurde an einigen Stellen modernisiert, ist aber schon älter. Ausgerechnet diese Woche wäre eine Klimaanlage schön gewesen, aber bei dem schwedischen Wetter ist das sonst eher Luxus. Geschlafen habe ich jedenfalls hervorragend- mit geschlossenen Fenstern wäre die Geräusche draußen nicht aufgefallen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und lecker, allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum im Keller- das fand ich persönlich nicht angenehm. Die Frühstückszeiten waren etwas früh für uns. Insgesamt hab ich mich etwas durch Bilder locken lassen, die offensichtlich mit Fotoshop o.ä. bearbeitet wurden, war aber nicht tragisch. Die Dachterrasse ist nett, aber man sollte keine besondere Aussicht erwarten. Wir sind mit dem Flygbussarna entspannt vom Flughafen hin und zurück gekommen. Der halt schräg gegenüber des Hotels. Mit der Tunnelbana oder dem Bus gleich ums Eck kommt man sehr gut nach Stockholm und Umgebung. Direkt neben dem Hotel sind zwei Restaurants, die wir beide empfehlen können.
