Cuenca is Ecuador's most beautiful city. This hotel is right in the heart of Cuenca and with the parking they offer you can leave your car behind and start walking as this city is best explored walking. So much history, food, people and experiences.

"Hotel confused me for my sister who had a separate reservation. Even though I have platinum status she received the upgraded room. We had identified this at the time of checkin.
Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff.
Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. "
