"I have visited this hotel several times before and the decline was surprising. The pool was dirty , the AC in my room did not work , The hot water did not work . We where the only guests at the hotel and only 2 staff . Wifi and breakfast was acceptable-"

"Eu amei demais o hotel, fui recebida pela Laune, recepcionista MARAVILHOSA, adorei os garçons, Rafael, Vladi, super atenciosos. Fiquei com medo de locar por conta de alguns comentários, mas de coração, achei todo o serviço e atendentes ótimos! Porém, teve dois eventos no hotel esse fim‑de‑semana, um deles de ciclismo, acordamos com muito barulho, muita gente e foi bem desconfortável. Resolvemos comunicar a gerência que íamos nos retirar, e de prontidão entenderam nossa situação e nos ofereceram...
