"The hot tub and terrace were gorgeous. Apartment was spacious and clean. Just a side note, the upper floor is designed for kids/juniors and it may be difficult to be used by tall adults. Great location just next to the Aiguille du Midi cable car. There is also an washer/drier but it is in the basement of the next building, you have to ask for it."

"Four years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Les Grands Montets as part of our Tour du Mont Blanc ten-day trek. We had two nights there as we prepared for our last two legs of hiking on our trek. Unfortunately, poor weather did not permit us to take the preferred route to the Lac Blanc -- wind and precipitation made that leg too dangerous. We did an alternate route. We decided to complete the Lac Blanc section one day. This year, we completed that leg of the trip under excellent weather conditions that ensured a safe climb through the latter and cable sections. Our decision to stay at the Hotel Les Grands Montets was based on easy access to these hikes and the comfort of one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in --- great breakfast, fabulous spa, and an excellent staff. Highly recommend."

"Too many nice things to say… - Friendly - Helpful - Great location to town and bus stop - if you are going to spend money on a nice dinner try the half board… the 2 restaurants onsite were amazing and the Breakfast Buffet was hardy and plentiful - Stored my luggage for free for 11 days and had it in my room when I returned - Coffee machine in the lobby 24/7… lattes, hot choc and more - even an umbrella on the rainy afternoon "

"We stayed for just one night in a standard room for two (without a balcony), and we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings — much more than we expected. The décor was simple and minimalistic, and although there was no mini bar, it didn’t take away from our comfort at all. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. The facilities were another highlight — the swimming pool was a good size, and the sauna was a great way to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality. Given the very competitive price, the high standard of the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was only a short stay this time, but we’re already planning to come back for a longer visit to explore this beautiful region — and we’ll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended for both couples and families! "

"Great spot for exploring the area and well placed for shops and food in the centre of Chamonix. We booked a room with a mountain view and were lucky enough to be on the Mont Blanc side of the hotel. Worth checking when you book/before you check in. The room itself was all great. No air conditioning, but we didn't need it as it's cooler in the mountains than elsewhere in July. The only thing missing from the room were tea and coffee making facilities."

"We had a fantastic stay and truly felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The valet parking was seamless, and having our car cleaned was such a thoughtful touch – it really made us feel special. The evening meal was exceptional – great quality and beautifully presented. While we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the stay were definitely 5-star. Would happily return!"

"Perfect hotel for pre and post flights from Geneva. Rooms are a good size and clean. Restaurant was closed on The Weeknd. Bar service available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plan travel to take the bus to/from airport/hotel, very convenient and cheap. I got an uber under 3 miles cost 24 Swiss francs. On the way back I had to get the shuttle which is operated independently but pick up at hotel, info is in reception. This was 20 euros. Had to leave for airport before bus service started or would have definitely got the bus. "
