"Firstly, this was a business trip and this was the only property available for a certain number of our days there, so a place like this was pretty inconvenient for my purposes and not someplace I wanted to stay. For business travelers, Kos Marina area is better. This property was clean enough. I had a room with a great view and private tiny pool. Stress the word tiny, but still nice. The gym is barely a gym. "The value for the money was excellent. The only annoying thing were sometimes loud guests because they were in groups. All the couples - even with small children - are not the problem - but the groups of friends can be too loud and destroy the atmosphere. Luckily noone got drunk in an ugly way. "Lovely hotel and the staff/ bar staff extremely friendly and accommodating, cleaners came everyday to clean our room and were lovely. The only negative I have is that it was impossible to book into the Asian Restaurant within our 10 night stay and we had our hopes set on booking into this restaurant but unfortunately it always said it was fully booked however, every time we walked past the restaurant it was always empty with one table of people in there at most. We did however manage to book...

Unfortunately, the air conditioners in one room were not working well and dripped on the bed and the suitcases. No other rooms were offered. We’re waiting to see if we can get some kind of refund as we couldn’t sleep with water dripping on us."
