"The Lake view from our comfortable room was absolutely amazing. The Hotel had a calm ambience and staff were friendly.
My husband enjoyed swimming in the lake but noted there was no life saving equipment around. Breakfast was ok but they ran out of things quickly. A suggestion would be to provide more basic information in the room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back."

He was so kind and helpful with figuring out transport to Lenno and Villa Dell Balbianello. Other staff were also courteous and friendly and we were never made to feel bad about our lack of Italian language. Location is amazing on the lake and within minutes to the Tremezzo ferry dock. "A great small hotel. We expected a restaurant, but it was only for breakfast. Nice small pool, but note that there is no service by the pool (no drinks, no coffee, and no snacks). Our room was nice, but it would have been better if we had air-conditioning and a fridge. The staff was very service minded. The view and the balcony were awesome. The city of Porlezza is small but has the things you need on a vacation: Beauty, the lake, a Beach, and some restaurants."
