Simple, but clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights at the Adventure in. It isn’t fancy, but it was exactly what we were looking for. Inexpensive, no fuss, clean, and comfortable. While is was on Main Street it was quiet, and that allowed us to take a nap during the hottest part of the day and hit the Parks early and late. Will stay again when we return!

We love the location of this motel & each room has own parking spot, also an area to hang out/bbq. We missed the convenient continental breakfast, looks like new owners since our last visit so now only coffee.

The property looks nothing like the photos. It’s very dated and dirty. Room was clean, but felt dirty. Walls need painted or at least cleaned. Dust on the baseboards that appears to never have been cleaned. The bedside tables need cleaned. The toilet ran our entire stay. Windows need to be cleaned. Rooms need to be updated. Property needs to be maintained as there is trash everywhere. Feels like a cheap seedy motel. Staff were friendly.

Adventure Inn is dated and the outside decor/grounds need tidying up. However our room was very spacious, with a table and two chairs, good sized bathroom and clean. It is in walking distance to shops and restaurants.

It was a super close and convenient drive to Arches. The front desk person was very accommodating and gave me a different room with a parking spot that would accommodate my huge rental vehicle, which I really appreciated. There’s a cute lawn area in front with trees and grass and tables where I sat and played ukulele and enjoyed myself during the evening. Would stay here overnight again.

The rooms in the inner square have the green space patio right outside the door. There was plenty of patio tables and chairs to use. It was a nice shaded area to relax in. Shade is hard to find in Moab. Very relaxing area to sit in. That was our favorite thing about the property.

It's an older motel and in need of much work. But it was obvious that they are trying to make improvements though. Nice patio lights strung outside gave a sweet & comfortable glow. However a few garbage cans outside were overflowing so it took the attention away from the light. Inside, the rooms were clean but furniture was shabby. Large gap under door where light could shine in. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The bed's fitted sheet was too small thus would not stay in position under corner. The shower was a beautifully tiled stall. Overall i think I'd pay the extra $20. to stay At the Comfort Inn down the street.
