Uncomfortable beds with old sheets.
I've stayed at this hotel a couple times in the last year. It seems to have gone downhill a bit each time. The beds seem more uncomfortable and the bedding looks old, discolored and "pilly". The real kicker was that I noticed a couple clumps of hair on the bed too! That stood in my mind as I slept there. I should've asked for a new room but I slept in the other bed instead. I'll pay a little more and go to a newer, better hotel next time.

I will definitely stay here again!
My one critique, gotta say this up front because it was so baffling. Why is the gravy for the biscuits and gravy placed into such a tall, deep cylinder shaped pot? That thing may have been plugged in, but the gravy towards the top was COLD. Not cool, COLD. I was at bfast pretty early too, around 630, so it was not like it had been out a long time. Put it in a shallower pan in one of the 3 tray heating racks you had for the eggs, sausage, and biscuits! Then it will stay warm. So simple. Now for the good. This hotel has a great location, super close to Arches and the northernmost entrance to Canyonlands. The land it sits on is gorgeous, the patio/sitting area way out back in the grass is a nice touch, that will be super enjoyable during warmer weather to just sit out there and listen to the birds and gaze upon the mountains. I stayed in the Executive Suite with the jetted tub, loved it. The room was clean, comfy and awesome, although the bed was a little soft for my liking. But I would still choose this exact room again, for the tub, and this hotel again for its great location and overall value. Front desk girl was also very nice, I noticed she was on the phone trying to give people calling inquiring about the hotel a lot of helpful and honest info, which was nice to hear. I was also able to check in a half hour early which I really appreciated after a long drive from the Phoenix area that started at 5am that day.

A great little place!
This place was great! For starters, the hospitality team was spot-on. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable, he gave us tons of tips on things to do locally. The room was great too - large and clean, the fridge was bigger than what I expected, and it was great to have a microwave. The beds were soft and comfy. Breakfast was included and it's tasty - there were tons of options, from eggs with fresh veggies, sausage, taters, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, oatmeal, etc. The grounds were nice, though it was winter so we didn't spend much time outside. But, they have a playground, horseshoe pit, basketball court, grill area, and a couple of courtyards. Really nice place to spend some time in warmer weather. The pool is under renovation but it was cold so we wouldn't have used it anyway. The spa was inside and looked nice and clean. I also loved that they had a laundry room. All in all, a great place to stay especially for the cost. We almost ended up at a bigger-name chain hotel but I'm glad we didn't - we will definitely be back here!
