We enjoyed our first stay at the Terrace Hotel. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fantastic seating areas that overlook the lake are excellent for peaceful morning coffee and meditation. This puts it a step above a normal hotel.

Our stay at the Terrace was great, per usual. They go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. The breakfast is consistently good and provides a variety of breakfast foods. There are even non dairy milk options for coffee. The rooms are clean and have mini fridges. The location is very convenient for enjoying the lake. The front desk staff were all kind and helpful.

The hotel’s location was great, however the bathroom was dirty. The room was very cold that we couldn’t sleep and when we tried to turn the heater the room smelled like a burned heater. It was way below our expectations compared to the price.

We stayed for a long weekend while my daughter had a lacrosse tournament in Asheville. We were able to have a delicious breakfast each morning, swim in the pool, and even paddle boarded one afternoon. It was a great weekend. The view from a lakeside room is awesome!

Second stay here and its just as we remember. Staff is so nice, the room was so nice and comfortable. Everyone was accommodating and helpful. Im dealing with some health issues. When I get better, we want to return for sure and do some exploring

8/10 Very good

This beautiful community had much to offer with free parking as well as a buffet breakfast. Staff was excellent. A large swimming pool and pickleball courts, and the ability to take walks all around the large lake filled with gardens was ultra/desirable. Playgrounds for the kids looked nice. A great space for conferences or time with family or friends. Numerous wedding venues throughout. Several choices to eat on the property and many other restaurants nearby

The hotel is in a lovely location and is very pretty. However it was not very clean. Our room had a sock in a corner and hair in the shower. The rockers and chairs on balconies were covered in cobwebs where you could not sit.
