We needed a budget level stay in South Tahoe and this worked out well. Our room was clean (except for some mold on the bottom of the shower curtain). The AC and the fridge worked well, the bed was comfortable and the location was close to the concert venue. The pool and gym looked nice although we didn't have time to use them.
