Our room was ready prior to check-in and very clean. It's an older building but well maintained. Pool area was nice with plenty of chairs and umbrellas The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations and was kept incredibly clean. Staff was always cleaning, refilling items, chatting with guests; it was terrific. We'd definitely stay here again and a good value.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were spotless and updated, The breakfast spread was huge - something for everyone. The pool was still open and looked clean but we didn't get to use it. Staff was super friendly from the front desk to the breakfast ladies please tip them - they do such a good job!

Everything was great, as expected, but I was especially glad to find a refrigerator with separate freezer compartment in the room. I don’t think this was indicated online when I made the reservation, so was a nice surprise. I usually travel with a small cooler with blocks that need to be refrozen. Thanks!

This was a great home base when visiting New River Gorge National Park. It is in a great, convenient location for all the things to do in the Fayetteville/Lansing area. The breakfast includes hot food (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy), and there are coin washers and dryers available on site. I would stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights for our whitewater rafting trip. Pretty decent hotel and very convenient location. Free hot breakfast was ok and nice to have. Friendly staff pool was clean. Old style Motel. (Enter rooms from parking lot.) Property has been updated at some point and was clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great to have a restaurant (sports bar) on the premises. Also a DQ next door. Buffet breakfast was good. Items I did not like: The bathroom door could not be closed. Sink is outside the bathroom.

This was a great gem of a hotel! Pool was fantastic! Breakfast was good, sausage gravy and ehhhs and biscuits AND a waffle maker for the kiddos! They have a mini souvenir shop where you eat! Elliot’s is a great dive bar that also welcome the kids! The location is exactly where you want it at the gorge! Worth every penny.
