4/10 Fair

First let me start with the positives, friendly staff and pool/hot tub were nice. Now on to the complaints. The advertised sit down restaurant does not exist. The fire table outside in the pool area does not work. The neighboring property is now a homeless relocation property with people hanging out in the parking lot, fighting and partying. Pretty much, what they say in the listing is not what you get so don't waste your time or money and book the Holiday Inn down the road.

Everything was clean and nice. The staff were excellent and cordial. It's not the most fancy of places, but it was quiet, peaceful, and clean and I coudln't ask for more on a relaxing trip to the desert.

Room and aisles were clean and neat. And there was no bad smell nor the smell of scents to mask one -- so good. Good location too.

10/10 Exceptional

The pool and hot tub were both clean and very enjoyable. The lounge chairs were nice and not broken. However the online photo didnt exactly match what was actually there. The staff were all very, very nice. The rooms were spacious and very relaxing.
