We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park. Very comfortable accommodations. The staff was very nice. The only challenge is if you have heavy luggage. It is an uphill climb to take the luggage in; however, the staff will take your luggage to the building via golf cart if you need help. I do recommend you take a trip to Lodgepole Visitor Center & Market. We preferred dining at Lodgepole since the food was plentiful, quick & delicious.

terrific location right in the park. It's one of the few places where the guided tour I wanted would pick up and drop off, no need to try and find a parking space. the vegetable curry for dinner was wonderful. I happened to sit next to a couple in the airport who had stayed there and they also raved about the curry.

Really cool to stay in the lodge in the park! The restaurant was tasty with nice views and the little shop had the meds we needed too. Staff was great and room was comfortable. A little slow drain on the tub but I only mentioned it upon check out and it sounds like they would get right on it. I do wish they had AC as it would be nice to have recirculating air for any allergies to nature or smoke in the area. Overall- excellent spot to stay!

great location, peaceful and quiet. Main lodge restaurant and amenities are a short, beautiful walk away. Its rare to have such a great lodge in a place like this!
mountain views behind the lodge
Main lodge outdoor dining area
lodge backs up to true wilderness, total silence minus the birds in the morning
clean, comfortable beds and neat room keys!

The lodge is in a beautiful location in Sequoia NP and really convenient to trails and popular park areas. You can't beat the setting --even the walk from the building we stayed in to the main lodge was a peaceful stroll through the woods. If you're sensitive to heat, maybe ask for a room on the first floor--our second floor room got really warm in the afternoon although it was cool enough to sleep at night with dans running. The lodge restaurant and the pizza deck were both great and their cocktails were delicious and interesting (especially the gimlet).
