The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. We had a great view of the ocean and the pool was heated. The were a lot of details to the room, like two sinks, shelving, grab bars large refrigerator large table and multiple mirrors. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

It’s an aging facility that is very well maintained. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the shuffle board. We had to google the rules. It’s a fun and simple game and I liked that they had it set up on the deck in the shade where we could enjoy being outside in the breeze but without being pummeled by the sun. Really appreciates the family vibe. We asked for no room service during our stay but I was grateful they left a bag of clean replacement towels outside our door.

6/10 Good

In need of a makeover.TV’s were not that great nor was the cable.Could not get any of the Phillies games. This was a BIG disappointment. I thought all Motels were using Keurig coffee makers by now! Had to bring my own ground coffee and filters. The list of channel line up,there not at least five others that were not available. The bag of ice we bought from that freezer was so frozen solid like it had thawed and refrozen, make it impossible to get the cubes apart from each other! Total waste of money. The lamp in the sitting room didn’t work. The little sink in the coffee maker area leaked every time you turned it on and I constantly had to wrap the dish cloth I brought along around it. There was a tea towel and dishcloth that disappeared the second day. The parking situation was horrible! The spaces were too small and close. The motel was full so we had a really hard time finding a decent space we could fit our small size suv into. The staff was really nice and helpful though. We don’t expect to stay there again. Oh,the beds were great! The best! The room was clean.

There were no sheets/pillows or blankets for the pullout sofa bed and having to go look for some was inconvenient but everything else was nice. Especially the view from our balcony. I would stay again. The staff was great, very friendly. Loved the location.

8/10 Very good

The overall property and our room was a bit dated and in need of updating. However the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. Given the price we paid, at the height of vacation season, we feel that the Crusader was a very good value and we were very pleased with our stay there.

My stay at the crusader was just perfect. The staff were amazing, front desk staff were so nice and helpful with anything we asked. Room was spotless, plenty of towels AHEAD of time! Rooms cleaned as soon as we left and no waiting. Pool was clean and area always spotless. Will be returning next year for sure.
