Parking was save and convenient. I missed the breakfast so no comment there. But very close to the downtown convention center which was important to us because we came there for a concert.

Location super convenient with an easy walk to Dewey beach. Breakfast was great with eggs potatoes and meat in addition to the usual cereal and yogurt options.
Walls super thin so noise definitely an issue.
Beds were comfortable, ac worked well and decent sized room for the price point.
