Lovely hotel. Fantastic central location. Room was spacious and had wonderfully large windows which gave a really pretty view of Malmo. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Had some drinks in the Italian Restaurant at the top of the building and they felt really special because of the wonderful decor and pleasant service. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and would encourage anyone looking to make a trip to Malmo a little more special to go ahead and book this hotel.

Rooms are very nice and clean, pillows for the bed are terrible which drags the score down. Lucky to have managed 6 hours sleep total across 2 nights. Operations of the lift could be better, minimum wait time is 5 minutes and you’ll be lucky if the lift isn’t full, waited 15 minutes once to then find the lift packed. Could do with making the hotel lobby/entrance a no stand zone, always over crowded of people just standing around when coming out of the lift.

We arrived with a small dog. Unfortunately, the room type we had booked was not available on the designated dog floor. If it hadn’t been for the nice view, you really wouldn’t want to stay on the dog floor anyway. There was dog hair everywhere – not only in the hallway but also in the room. In my opinion, this is not what I expect when paying an extra fee for bringing a dog. The rest of the hotel was fine. The breakfast buffet was generous, but there were far too many guests for a single coffee machine that made cappuccinos. This is not a hotel we would choose again when visiting Malmö.

There was no pricelist for the minibar, so thats why I didn't buy anything to avoid surprises. The television didn't work, when I selected for example SVT1 channel, there was after some minuts, no signal. This happened all the time.

Incheckningen kändes inte välkomnande! Varken i service eller bemötande. Vi kom 7 min före incheckning med hund och man kan säga på olika sätt att rummet är tillgängligt kl 15. Det förstår vi! Dessutom ge felaktig information om frukost, att hunden inte fick tas med - utan att säga att vi kunde sitta på övervåningen där hunden fick vistas. Ingen god serviceanda!
