Yes the air-conditioning worked fine. Parking was convenient. The location was perfect for the conditions and the situation. The toilet tank wouldn’t stop running so I would have to remove the lid and pull the lever up to get the water to stop flowing. Other than that I expect I’ll be using the modern motel again.

This place was amazing! Motel that’s been completely refurbished with a wonderful retro vibe and neighborhood feel. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Hidden secret

Fast check in. Very friendly clerk. Fast and easy checkout. Location is perfect if you are doing anything downtown and don't want the hassle of driving and then finding parking. Room was in excellent shape, everything worked and the beds were very comfortable.

The good things up front: Staff were kind and helpful and the room was clean, and everything worked as expected. Price was also very reasonable. My only complaint in that regard is that an extra deadbolt or some mechanism be installed for extra security. There was also no safe in the room to store valuables. This leads me to the negative portion… Which was mostly the outside noise and people staying next to me. I get that motels often attract certain things and behaviors, but the room next to me was, as far as I could tell, running drugs in and out all night long. People were coming and going constantly(slamming the door each time) starting at midnight and going until at least 3:00am, and then some fighting broke out, with things being slammed into the walls, screaming, etc. I had heard that staff were staying nearby, so not sure if they eventually responded to it, but the noise would be hard to not notice, especially that late. So, a nice place to stay assuming that people like the ones next to me aren’t the norm there…

Well placed on the periphery of downtown so just a short walk. Plenty of parking. Good size , clean and well equipped room with decent aircon. Very warm welcome and local advice on arrival.
