Stockholm glamour behind bronze doors

Bank Hotel balances grand and intimate with theatrical Nordic polish, where marble floors, jewel-toned velvets, and custom glass chandeliers set the tone from the moment those original bronze doors swing open. In the former bank hall, Bonnie’s serves modern European dining beneath a six-meter glass-vaulted ceiling, while elegant rooms and suites pair Scandinavian minimalism with soft art-deco accents and Diptyque toiletries in marble bathrooms.

  • Signature dining hall

Bonnie’s brings coastal European flavors to the former bank hall under a soaring glass ceiling.

  • Rooftop cocktail theatre

Le Hibou pairs a Parisian-inspired bar with panoramic views over Strandvägen and Nybroviken.

  • Indulgence, tailored

Book guided wine tastings with the head sommelier for a polished journey of scents and flavors.

Beautiful venue. Friendly and professional staff. My best breakfast ever! Standard double room a bit small, but who wants to stay in the room??? Most major places to visit are within walking distance! Perfect choice!

A fantastic hotel with an excellent overall experience. The breakfast was especially outstanding, offering a wide selection of high-quality food in a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel. We will come back next time we are in Stockholm. The menu shown in the photo below, together with the excellent buffet, made for an absolutely outstanding breakfast. If we were to sum up our experience in just one word, it would be: PERFECT.

8/10 Very good

Wonderful people at the desk and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Room was pretty nice. Housekeeping did not replace used bathroom supplies until we asked. I mentioned in passing at the front desk that we were celebrating an anniversary but it was barely acknowledged. Would have thought a hotel of this caliber would have done something. Pretty hotel.

8/10 Very good

Arriving at the hotel there was no one to help bring the luggage up about 15 steps. The rooms are large but lack storage. Instead of night tables with drawers, they provide plant stands. A chest of drawers would be a great addition to the room. There is no storage in the bathroom either. The hotel is in a great quiet location near the center. The front desk personnel were very attentive and provided useful suggestions. Breakfast was typical of European hotels. Definitely not a 5 star hotel but perhaps 4 star.

10/10 Exceptional

Room, staff, breakfast were all very good. Saw little of the bar, but the service there was also good. We dined in the restaurant twice however, and the meal and drinks were the highlight of the stay. Also, a special mention for the young lady in reception on arrival, who advised us on where to spend New Years Eve, and made reservations accordingly.
