We had a wonderful stay at the Asbury Ocean Club Hotel. The staff was so courteous and attentive, really took the time to make us feel special. The common areas were beautiful and had a great vibe. Most things about our stay were perfect. The very dark hotel office was a little odd. The dinner as such was good. But dinner to us is a meal. Meat or fish a starch and a vegetable. Paying separate for these items is not a Jersey shore thing. Maybe New York City thing. And no oysters? Any place all year has oysters. So yeah. Odd. Maybe could have been complimentary something for our anniversary. 53 years.
