The hotel looked amazing and I loved all of the amenities that it had. The staff were very nice!

The room was lovely and the staff were all super helpful. My one issue was that the amenities for the hotel were not really available for guests or needed additional fees. This included the gym, the spa and the outdoor pool.

Hotel is a short train ride to the palaces, quiet area. The restaurants and convenience store is just downstairs which is a plus.

Wonderful hotel in a quiet neighborhood with walking disntance to bars and restaurants. Clean and nice room with great interior. Fantastic fitness facilitets. A bit pricy entry tickets for the pool area (you get a free drink). I feel like this should be included for hotel guests.

6/10 Good

Location great, the staff ok. But had to be some of the loudest, smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Could seriously hear our neighbors unzipping and unpacking luggage…terrible noise.

8/10 Very good

Loved the staff and their professionalism. Room was well kept. I felt the room was missing a microwave, but not necessary if you’re eating out. The breakfast is extra and costs as much as a dinner, so plan for that additional expense.

Such a wonderful hotel and the facilities and staff was so great. There is a 7-11 just across for late night snacks and a CU mart at the basement. We enjoyed the stay and were very comfortable for a week stay.
