The hotel Room Mate Bruno was just what we were looking for. We wanted a hotel that was close to the Holland America Cruise Terminal. The hotel is literally across the street from the terminal. There was food close by in the food hall. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay at Room Mate Bruno if we were back in Rotterdam again!

I’ve stopped at this hotel previously so knew it was a really good hotel. Our recent trip again didn’t disappoint. As previous the place was immaculately clean and the staff as brilliantly friendly and helpful. You can book parking directly under the hotel which great. I’d most definitely stop again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

our second stay at Room Mate Bruno was very good as well, the staff are friendly and accomodating, Chantell at reception helped us trhoughtour stay. We like the proximity to several dining venues and also the convenience of being 150 metres from the metro and tram. The rooms are not very large but they are in good condition and the room prices are reasonable for Rotterdam.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were super helpful and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities. I really liked the room decor, and the coffee machine was a nice touch that I especially enjoyed. The only small issue was the shower head—the settings were a little strange and took some getting used to. Overall, though, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return.

Great art deco hotel. Plenty to see. It was great being able to stay there and then walking right across the street to the Rotterdam terminal to board our Holland America cruise. The hotel was fantastic. It’s only three metro stops from Ahoy and conveniently located near many attractions and amenities. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around Rotterdam. The room service was excellent, with the option to order food directly from Foodhallen. There is also a 24/7 self-checkout shop on the ground floor, which was very convenient. The views from the room and balcony were amazing, especially with the beautiful weather during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, particularly if TwitchCon returns to Rotterdam in the future.

The location is very modern and stylish and the beds are altogether very comfortable. The hotel could be better taken care of, e.g. dirty windows and furniture. The breakfast has basically everything one needs, but no creative touch.
