Service needs improvement
Housekeeping came into our room whilst we were out and placed the do not disturb sign on our door handle, without cleaning the room. Later, I asked for coffee and tea to be bought to the room and when I asked about the former, they laughed and said they didn’t know. There was an initial issue with our room so we had to change. They gave us a smaller room which was a downgrade. We moved to a third room and we felt they were not happy with this reasonable request. The novelty of staying on the ship is great.

We really enjoyed our stay in the deluxe room , you could imagine back in the day it was a high end room , lots of room and 4 portholes , my only disappointment was the price of breakfast which I thought was too much at €41 for 2 , apart from that it was good
