Breakfast was good but could do with a later time. Spa amenities should be free for guests but it wasn’t, we picked this hotel as it had a jacuzzi wewanted to use after a long day walking around but it was £25 for two hours each. No safe in room, we upgraded on arrival as we were told lower floors didnt have views, the view we had was the Stena ships dock , building works and busy main road. What a view!!! Not everyone drinks herbal tea so a better selection in rooms needs to be looked at. We had same bedding the 3 nights we were there cos it had the same mark on when we arrived. The hotel was fine but think i would look elsewhere next time. Food options around were good though.

Great hotel overall with a really good location, amazing rooftop and views! This is the second time we stay here and we really like it. However, both times we felt the cleaning of both the rooms and the common areas does not quite match the standard the hotel aims to project. Also, another thing which should be re-considered is the breakfast room capacity as you don't really want to have to "book" a time for breakfast when you are on vacation. You should be able to have breakfast anytime during the opening hours ... We will come back but hope they will take our feedback into consideration until then.

Lovely refurb and design. Bedroom didn’t have sufficient storage for clothing with only a wardrobe with 3 hangers in above a fridge. No drawer space and had to listen to loud music coming from bars below until 1am. The hotel is lovely and very popular and fantastic location but note there are lots of road and building works going on around it so took the shine off a little along with having to book a time slot for breakfast due to it being a popular hotel apparently. Even though there are some minor issues the space is lovely and would stay again. I would definitely promote the self check in and key card more visible as wasn’t really being used with lots of people queuing to be seen.
