Everything great here! Location is perfect for the St. Mary’s campus at Mayo. Breakfast is well above what you would expect for a hotel. Parking is a little unique and an extra charge ($15/night) but on-site and convenient.

Staff was friendly but not considerate of a handicapped person (myself) as far as offering a hand with getting things to and from my room.
Cleaning staff were very considerate and helpful. 5 stars for them for sure.
Room was missing some basic items like a building map, local restaurants advertising even a he restaurant right in the building didn’t have a menu in the room. Overall stay was good.

Great staff, breakfast and hot tub. The bed leaves a lot to be desired. Also the TV system is one of the worst I’ve Expirenced in a Hilton.
If you are coming here to visit Mayo the shuttle service is free and excellent.
