Friendly staff, property is always super clean. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast is better than most hotel breakfasts. Love that breakfast and dining area has plenty of space; other hotels in area have small dining rooms and get crowded fast.

Hotel was great, 1 block from Mayo. Great amenities. Only downfall was the underground parking ramp. Very steep and cramped - but we were in a full size truck. Other than that - I'd definitely start there again.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean room, love the cafe, excellent shuttle service. Close to everything. Staff made it clear during check in that we are second class guests because we booked via ‘Expedia’ as the person up front exclaimed multiple times (all the accommodations we couldn’t get) which was odd. But the cafe saved the day, I would definitely come again.
