10/10 Exceptional

The rooms have been updated recently and are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is outstanding as well as the staff serving coffee. The best part of this hotel is its location close to the train station, Metro stop, many of the monuments, good restaurants and gelato.

8/10 Very good

Staff was very friendly and helpful, conversant in English. Nice to have the upstairs terrace to unwind at the end of the day. Hotel is super-convenient to Termini station, and accessible to the Colosseo and Forum for a longer walk. Nice that it was on a side street, further down the road there were good restaurant choices.

We stayed one night before our cruise. The location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our first room, but it was quickly resolved with an upgraded room location. The morning breakfast was very good with a nice selection of scrambled eggs, yogurt, pancakes and yummy pastries. We would stay again and recommend this hotel!
