16th floor and there was construction starting like 8 am. Unfortunately our trip first night was booked even though this was booked months in advance. They sent us to aurora. Thankfully paid for our Lyfts there and back. But there’s not much too do there 30 mins from the city. Was hoping it would be closer. I wish they would’ve been able to call us before hand instead of a message. The staff was really nice and helpful otherwise.
