Nice location, friendly staff, with minor issues
Large comfortable room and bed. Easy walk to convention center. Kitchenette was poorly stocked. (The front desk did find and provide whatever I asked for, but I shouldn't have to ask for a second fork or a bottle opener on a room described as having a kitchenette.) There were zero oils, spiced, salt/pepper, or other ingredients beyond for coffee/tea from the single cup brewer available. Breakfast was great, but they often ran out of food items and dishes to eat them on. Things were replenished, but not rapidly; and sometimes with clearly inferior selections. Of you were lucky, there were fresh blueberries and strawberries, otherwise perhaps tinned pineapple rings. If you were lucky there were bowls to put them in, if not maybe you could find a paper cup. The same was true with bagels, coffee cups, and several other items - the kitchen was likely understaffed and possibly undersupplied. The us of so much disposables is part of why I rated it less eco friendly. The other is that there seemed no way to disarm the automatic motion sensor lights. This was both really annoying (lights would turn off if you were reading in bed or on the chair and didntymove enough; or at night if you turned enough or went to the bathroom even if you didn't want the lights on then); and it wastes much more electricity than simply having a card slot to activate the lights as constantly turning on and off at night when ubdersired is a waste or power in addition to being quite annoying.

Good hotel for the conference tourists (and others
The hotel is exceptionally clean and good-looking, close to downtown, the convention center, the art museum. Breakfast is included (a little bit chaotic, regarding where are the plates, bowls, cups ec, and the plastic cutlery should be the last option). At the same time - there was some daily variety in the breakfast and also warm dishes (pancakes, or eggs etc). Hotel has also fitness center (did not use it myself). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend the hotel also to others

New and comfortable! Would stay again
Great stay mostly due to cleanliness and newness. Our room came with a sink and dining utensils, along with mini fridge, coffeemaker and microwave. Really nice. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-lit and easy to use. Nice affordable accommodation with good breakfast and friendly staff. Things functioned well except for: - remote was digital app and stopped working once TV was off. - We couldn’t switch AC from cooling to heating. AC was loud. - pillow is really flat and the bath towels were thin and small. Maybe overall this helps keep the price affordable. Tip: Street parking is free on Sunday and evenings, but fills up quick after dark.

Convenient for GABF
We stayed during GABF because this room was very comparably priced. Not in the middle of anything bustling, but was quiet because of that and just a quick walk to the Convention Center and other area attractions. Very courteous staff with a slightly better than continental breakfast that had a hot option every day. The meal options when we stayed were fried egg & sausage patty, scrambled egg & british sausage, strawberry or blueberry pancakes (twice). Very quiet and comfortable modern room. No ice machines but pre-filled bags of ice were available in the lobby which was just as convenient.
