Bring a fan

On the 5th floor with no lifts (I should have checked). Promised a fan, it was broken. No one in reception to raise the issue with. Slept in extreme heat. Room was clean. Location is great and stay was affordable for the location.

Staff were lovely and inviting, the local area is beautiful and everything you need is within arms reach. For the price, you really can't complain.

Worst hotel stay

I had a cockroach ON my bed when I arrived and there was no one to check you in or onsite at the property to complain to and deal with it. Also the finishing of the room in general was to a poor quality as you can see from the photos, especially for the money they had a cheek to charge! I work in the industry so I know better, and so should they.

8/10 Very good

This establishment is close to everything, especially the train station, accessible to everything, like restaurant and grocery you won't be hassled. Good to stay here.

Best price but get what you pay

Our stay was good, we had some flat hard pillows but fell a sleep pretty fast until the neighbors showed up. They were up till 230am. We expected the rest like small shower and no wifi. We had two empty bottles of gin in the drawer. We didnt want to bother sense it was a single single night. The sink had two shirt tags in the drain and i got them out when we first ran the sink. The shelves in the bathroom were offset not even secured at all. The out side was littered with cig butts. The tv wasnt connected to wifi.

Would not recommend

Room was downstairs in the basement no windows to open. Picture of the hotel are misleading it is not a true reflection of the room. No one in reception door handle hanging off which left me feeling very unsafe all night. Single bed with a dip in the middle. Pillow flatter than a pancake poor night sleep. Would not recommend

Disappointed

A bit disappointed the room was advertised as having a queen bed and a single, with and en suite. We got there and room was on the 4th floor (no lift but the staff helped with luggage) we had a small double bed and a single (that the middle had a big dip in). The bathroom was practically a walk in cupboard and smelt foul (the smell was coming from the drainage). We complained about all the issues to be informed that we were unable to be moved due to being fully booked with no mention of a discount or partial refund. (This had nothing to do with the staff at the building thay at to contact management who told them this.) The staff were extremely helpful otherwise and we can't fault them.

Needs a refurb.

Good location, friendly reception. Room No.2 Ground Floor. Bathroom clean and adequate. Bedroom clean but requires a major refurb, the bed mattress was very poor and uncomfortable. We needed a hotel on a budget this was just about ok.

Cheap hotel

The room had no heating and was cold. A friendly guy on reception tried to help, but had already given the only heater to another guest.
David, 1-night trip

It is a okay place to stay on a budget. The location made it easy to get around the London.
Dana, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great location right next to Earls Court Station. Only negative is it's 5 stories with no elevator. Staff member was super helpful.

Nothing was good except for the hotel's location! They expected me to go through the 5-day stay with just one towel and one roll of toilet paper. There was no heating, and they never took anything we said seriously. They just sold the room and disappeared.

Not what I expected Hotel

The walls are painted in Black. No staff to ask. The door locks got jammed and cannot call anyone. Scary in terms of an emergency..

This hotel has no staff and you are expected to check in online before arrival. I came with my family; we found the room and corridors dirty, the bathroom was covered in damp and mould. WiFi did not work. Quite the worst hotel I have used in London in 30 years of visiting the city.

The most depressing roms i have ever seen. Both rooms also smelled strongly of mold. On the positive note.. Earls Court is a nice erea and the staff was helpfull even if we didnt see much of them.

Bed bug

Disgraceful place. No working TV no alternative rooms, dusty and dirty and then we discovered bed bugs. They won’t give a refund even though we left the hotel and are now an extra £250 out of pocket because we had to book another hotel instead of staying in an infested dirty room. No refund due to not making a member of staff aware… it’s a self serve hotel. DO NO STAY HERE YOU’LL REGRET IT.
