We booked this last minute and everything from the booking process to our daily interactions with the lovely and very helpful staff at the Hatfield lodge hotel went smoothly and they were very accommodating with regards to all aspects of our stay. My children and i have allergies and their restaurant went the extra mile to ensure we all were able to enjoy our meals safely and the kids didn't miss out on dessert. Our servers Cate and Ella introduced the kids to the resident cat Freddy...

it is a great location and saves having to drive anywhere, which is a good thing as Parking was a nightmare. We luckily found a space not too far away, but the hotel should make customers aware. Saying 'Parking available' is technically a true statement; but it is actually a case of there are parking spaces...

"The hotel is very old and very quaint most of which is nice but could do with updating in most of the hotel. The room is nice with a fridge, microwave and kettle. Daily water bottles were left. Family suite was really good and consists of 2x separate rooms (both with key card entry) but doors can be propped open if needed and still has the key card main front door for security.
Only slight downside is the view from both rooms wasn't great.
Excellent bar downstairs and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had."
