"Good room size but lack USB charging facilities. Breakfast room was beautiful but small. When four of us checked in, we were asked to have breakfast at different time slots the next morning because they were not able to accommodate a party of four at the same time. The more disappointing experience was that quite incredibly one of the rooms assigned to us wasn’t even tidied up after the previous guests checked out. The bedding, the used towels in the bathroom, … something I would never have thought possible at a heritage hotel in the very center of the city’s old town."
"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great! But what really got me was the kind gentleman who checked us in. I asked for a couple of extra coffee pods for the morning and he showed up to our room a little bit later with a bunch of them. Just really great service, with a friendly attitude. The woman checking us in for breakfast was the same -- very personable and very helpful!!
