"Our room was lovely with great views of the lake. You could walk, cycle or run straight from the room. There is clearly more demand than the hotel can cope with for the restaurant. We were unable to book during our 3 night stay. Why doesn’t management open more options. They could also dot sun loungers around rather than having to go to the venue next door. Hate resorts that charge for spa usage. It should be included in the room rate."

Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property.
Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!!
Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"Lovely room in converted buildings. Danielle is a helpful host.
When we arrived, our two dogs were not allowed to stay with us in the room or allowed into property. We had communicated they were travelling too but received no message back to say dogs were not permitted. The owner found them a stable to sleep in.
Simple breakfast available, overpriced for what it was, but tasty enough. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space. "

"I stayed at this hotel because I had an early morning flight, and it was the perfect choice. Many hotels near Brussels South Charleroi claim to have a free shuttle, but it often turns out to be a paid taxi. This one truly offers a free shuttle bus, which was a huge plus!
We received clear instructions, the van was clearly marked, and the driver who picked us up was very friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The 4:40 a.m. shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful.
Overall, this hotel is a great option if you have an early flight from Charleroi. I would definitely stay here again!
