"Parking was far from door when busy but bell person helped us. Excellent menu for dinner but breakfast was only a buffet and coffee area inside the gift shop was not open when we left.
Older bathrooms but nice. Needs more bedside tables."
"The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "

"Very clean and spacious rooms. Mattresses were too firm. Staff was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Shuttle service was convenient. Very walkable to quaint downtown."
"We had stayed here several years before, and we were just as pleased this stay as the previous one. The motel is conveniently located to Lincoln, N. Woodstock, The Flume Gorge, The Basin, and other attractions. The motel was clean and quiet. We would be happy to go back if we are ever in the area again."
"Drinks on the porch looking at the Presidential Range. If you're staying in the Presidential wing be prepared for a lot of walking to get to and from your room staff couldn't be nicer or more efficient ."
"Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and hot. There was conditioner, which not many hotels in this category offer. The hot tub was a little too hot, but better too hot than too cold. Breakfast was adequate. There wasn't decaf in the carafes but there were pods in our room so that was fine. I understand not many want decaf. Restaurant recommendations from the staff were spot on. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
