Relaxing
Friendly service ,our room was by the River with a big balcony,. I particularly liked that there was no carpet in the room great for my dog. The breakfast was delicious! With a great view of the River and great terrace with parasols They have a huge front yard and in the summer have a stage with live music I will be going back many more times in the years to come...well located between Littleton and Crawford notch, next to mount Willard for hiking.

Lovely property, good restaurant
Lovely B&B with a good restaurant. The location is 30 minutes from North Conway, Lincoln, Littleton and more. Many of the rooms overlook the river in back. The restaurant is always good. The hotel itself is lovely, old building filled with charm. The rooms are spacious, charming and there is no TV. We’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times in the last year or so.

The Inn was just right. Quiet, quaint, comfortable, friendly and low key. The menu was limited at the restaurant but the food was good (and so was the house wine). We stayed just one night but slept well in a 2 queen bed room.
