"It’s old and a little beat up not much in amenities. But for what it is, the price and the location it is excellent. One warning. After the bar downstairs closes one has to use stairs to get to a floor the elevator serves"
"We enjoyed our stay at The Dunedin Boutique Hotel. The room was small but very comfortable and clean. There was a peaceful ambience about the place. The breakfast was delicious with a small range of cooked foods and cereals/ yoghurts to select from which would cater for most people. All served in a delightful sunlit dining room. The Staff members were very obliging and helpful. We would definitely recommend to other friends and stay again. "
