"We went to Duisburg for an IronMan 70.3, which implies specific deadline to respect.
We arrived lately in the night but all the employees were welcoming, helping us by hanging our lugages and offering water. We had specific request like getting a spoon, or very early breakfast : they answered to all we needed.
The hotel is brand new, beautiful but people had already destroyed the curtains in our room.
The bed was awesome, and the bathroom as big as we need to prepare a race."

Bonne literie."

"I stayed here for the Euros, as I had tickets for a match in Gelsenkirchen. The hotel staff spoke great English and were very helpful. The room was clean and the noise from the street was minimum. The town of Essen has a few restaurants and bars. The hotel is around a 15 minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof. I would recommend Motel One to other travellers. "

"I loved that the hotel kept things simple but elegant. The furnishings were high quality without being overly extravagant, which gave it a comfortable but stylish feel."

"Great value for money. We got a family room with good space and very comfortable beds. Breakfast room was light, airy and with a green planted terrace. We enjoyed our continental breakfast. Staff members were very friendly and polite. Parking is right by the hotel. "
