Good place, good service, weak air conditioner
Aside from a weak air conditioner (and lack of elevator to the second floor, carrying the luggage up wasn't much fun. But that's a minor issue) I have no complaints, good room and bathroom, excellent service, helped order us a taxi when we needed it. Recommended. Hopefully they can fix the air conditioning problem. Until then expect a hot room during the day (in summer time) and a cold one at night.

Capsule designs are great. Fantastic location. Newer property. Nice open coworking space and small garden in the back. It did get hot in the capsules at night (no air flow). Staff seemed aloof and unhelpful (e.g., no toilet paper for 2 days in the only shared bathroom in a room where a staff member was sleeping...). They could use some basic customer service training. Otherwise, the stay was fine.
