The room was very comfortable. Property was nicely maintained with pretty gardens and nearby parking. Staff was warm and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely assortment. The area is a hilly walk from the shops, but worth the quiet. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Our apartment was great size for 2 people. The service was very personal, it felt like a private villa even though it wasn’t. The breakfast was brilliant. The apartments are situated close to Como town centre which had a very good selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Wonderful boutique style hotel gem.
We loved our stay here. The atmosphere was wonderful and all staff very kind and helpful. My only suggestion is that they might warn folks coming in that it's is a steep walk uphill so if you have bags you might want to consider the bus which stops almost right in front of the hotel. Without bags, it is a reasonable walk from everywhere and once at the hotel it is quiet and peaceful. I loved the breakfast being pre-selected, then ready to serve at your little table in the garden.

Andrea and all the staff were amazing . Could not have asked for anything better. Great location except for the stairs to get to property. Breakfast was great close to Lake Como and all ferries and the Funicular.

Oasis in Como
This is a delightful place to stay, comfortable large room with walk-in shower and balcony over looking the garden and pool. It's in a quiet part of town, away from the crowds but only 10 minutes walk, although there are some stairs to negotiate!
The service is excellent both for check-in and breakfast, with poolside service for drinks during the day and food is availabl too.

We had an excellent stay here. The lady who greeted us was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. It was clean and the bed was spacious and comfortable.

The villa is comfortable, stylish and is just as you see in the photos. We reached the center and lake within 6 minutes on foot. Staff are warm and friendly. Suite was big with a wrap around balcony! Bedroom was a little cold but we just couldnt figure out the heating. Other than that it was perfect. Shame we only had 1 night. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Savoury muffins were fab. Thanks.

A hidden treasure!
This is our favourite hotel in Como! A beautiful Villa and boutique hotel with a lovely garden!
We have stayed here 3 times and just love it! Beautiful rooms, really good beds and very clean! Only 5 min walk to the Cathedral - just love it!

The staff was wonderful. It is a short walk to the old town of Como and Lago di Como.
