though the room was good and spacy, with a balcony , with a good big bathroom , the condition of the walls was poor,dirty, the smell was bad, the floor was not properly cleaned . the worst thing is communication at the check-in (you need to check in at another location and you'll find out about that when you arrive at the property ;the guy did not know simple English words)) and check out. no one is present at the check out at 09.00am. two japanese girls who also came to check out reached the hotel by phone and asked what to do . actually you just need to drop the key to the box on the1st floor . but WHY did no one tell that at the check in???
and please provide at least a plate, a knife, a frying pan for free, because it was stated in the description as the room is a mini studio.
