This hotel was the most praiseworthy one I have visited. It was fresh and clean as well as interesting physically with' narrow balcony-like features called galleries. Linens were changed daily. The location in Old Town was charming and quiet. The breakfasts were delicious, served in a cozy, stonewalled dining room. We encountered some problems with our travels after our four-night stay. Even then, Jose devoted a lot of time and energy to clarify our options. He was enormously helpful. All staff members were warm and personable. This is an exceptionable hotel.

The remodeled hotel is ideally located for old town exploration and visiting the cathedral. But the hotel keeps no one at the desk 24/7. My fellow traveler had a serious problem with the tub and had to call someone on an on call phone service to get help when she didn’t speak Spanish or Galego. I understand a business likes to cut costs. But an essential service like a manned desk 24/7 makes this attractive place not worth it’s price!

It was wonderful to be in the historic area of Santiago, where we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to provide additional information about the area and the transportation options to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend to others visiting the area.

This lovely boutique hotel is within walking distance to all the best things in Santiago. The lovely balcony is a nice spot to drink coffee and watch the pilgrims come into Santiago. Bed is very comfy and the shower is high tech! Definitely take time to use the message chair in the lobby.

Room was very clean, bright and spacious. Bathroom had all amenities including a fantastic jacuzzi. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Highly recommended.

Super nice and in a Perfect location. Parking garage about 100m away. Great Double windows for sound proofing (happy crowds below enjoying the town to the dawn hours). Laundry around the corner and lots of breakfast places close by while you wait. The room is well maintained and fitted.

A lovely boutique small hotel. Room was spacious and airy with fabuloss balcóny. The shower is amazing (high téch). Best of all, a señf-servicie laundry next door. The staff very courteous and helpful. Only negative is starting on Thursday evening very noisy area until 4 in the morning. As a traveler who visits Spain frequently I expect the noise, but since the weather was warm I had the windows open which resulted in an excessive amount.

Super great location. Was able to pull up off the street - basically on the sidewalk - and unload our luggage. Also could keep the luggage in the bar area in the morning so we did not have our luggage to the car. Parking lot reasonable close. 17.30 Euros per day. Our room was lovely - well decorated, super clean, with a nice bathroom and huge TV. The only draw back was the noise outside was super loud (lots of people - drunk?) - talking with occasional shouting until almost 5:00 AM. Was it because it was a Saturday night? We were very tired, so it didn’t keep us awake that much, but might have been annoying.

This property has a wonderfully helpful staff. The one person working gave us directions to where we wanted to go and was very kind. The linens were nice and soft. The bed comfy. Be aware that the penthouse suite is not what Americans would expect. It was the attic with slanted ceilings I bumped my head on. The advertised breakfast does not start at 8:00 and there is no hot water pot or coffee in the room or hotel. The advertised café and bar were not open at all. No one was present at 8:45 a.m. to call us a taxi. It's nice but expect a low level of attention. Due to limited hours of staffing.

Perfect Stay!

It’s a bit difficult to find but the man on reception was really helpful explaining where the carpark was, coming to the car to get our bags and offering to store our bikes inside. He gave us some restaurant recommendations and drew tourist attractions on the map. Brilliant.
