Poor restaurant service
Excellent hotel in city centre location. Big disappointment with service. In restaurant, one of our party did not receive their dinner. To make things worse the staff claimed he hadn’t ordered it even though the rest of the part had heard it and the table was set for a dinner. Spoiled this meal for the rest of us and no apology or gesture to the bill. Really unsatisfactory and disappointing . Service for the rest of our stay was good!

The property is incredible. It is a real treasure. It receives lots of tourists that are not staying there but wish to visit the place. It is located right next to the Cathedral.
