Sockerslottet is such a gem! Found this a bit by accident when I needed a place to stay during a work trip. I'm so happy that I did! I had a very nice welcoming, the room was both spacious, well-decorated and perfectly clean. I especially loved the "little extra", freshly baked cookies and coffee machine in the lobby. I will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you!

A really nice change

Beautiful small hotel in a converted church. Rooms aren't large but they are very clean and well furnished. Owners are very nice and very helpful. Nothing really for us at breakfast as we have dairy allergies and are vegan anyway, but I know a small boutique hotel can't cater for everyone so no problem there at all. Great location, everything walkable, decent Chinese Restaurant across the street, waterfront restaurant along the river, free parking at the hotel a bonus too. As in many hotels in Sweden the beds are very soft in the middle, but again it's not a complaint because it's very common here and I guess the Swedes like a soft bed :-) so then, overall I would highly recommend this lovely little hotel and would be happy to stay again.

Frukosten är rätt basic men duger gott och väl. Rummen är super fina och sängen sjukt bekväm. Lite obekväma stolar till skrivbordet på rummet vilket drar ner betyget då jag alltid är där på just jobb och behöver ofta sitta vid min laptop. Även tv:n hade gjort sig bra om den fanns med streamingappar eller annan möjlighet att koppla upp sig. Finns inte jättemycket annat att göra i staden på kvällen annars.
