Part of wonderful trip to Romania. Rosen Villa was a great choice in Sibiu. It was an easy walk to Old Town but provided a quiet, peaceful respite from the bustle. The breakfast was very good. Stefan was particularly welcoming and helpful during our stay.

Excellent stay in the heart of Sibiu. Outstanding friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, spacious and safe. Breakfast was also very good. They offer a safe private parking for your car as well. City center with all sights is five to ten minutes walk away. We would stay again at Rosen Villa when in Sibiu.

This is a gem. The room and property is beautifully maintained. Thoughtfully presented room with pod coffee machine, minibar, comfortable bed and hot shower. Breakfast of eggs your way, home made jams, cakes etc. Owners so welcoming, helpful. Easy walk to Squares.

Fantastic stay

Perfect location for old Sibiu with easy off street private parking. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful and breakfast was very well stocked and cooked to order. They have a private car park under 50m across the quiet street. Old Sibiu square an easy 5 minute walk. We really loved this hotel.

A superb location, quiet and an immaculate room.

Once I figured out the guest parking, AND that the handle locks the deadbolt (not the key) AND that one of the remotes is for the air conditioning, I loved this hotel. The location within the old city is superb. The room & bathroom are immaculate. The bed is comfy. The air conditiong is whisper-quiet and precisely controlled. The one staff member I met simply could not have been nicer. I would like to stay here again!

Amazing place and amazing people!

Impeccably clean, very welcoming owners. We loved the beautifully decorated rooms, roses theme, pastel colors. They went above and beyond preparing our breakfast for four. From coffee, yogurt, tea, to fresh eggs cooked to your liking, homemade sausages, breads, platters of local cheeses variety, cold cuts, waffles or pancakes, fresh fruits, breakfast sweets - seriously Amazing! You won’t find that quality and variety as a breakfast (and we haven’t found it anywhere else yet.) Hard working owners who take pride in their work. Loved staying at Rosen Villa, will make that my stop every time!

Very comfortable but pick your room.

Off street parking and very welcoming staff and then the room! Wow! Spacious colourful, comfortable, good bed , shower ,etc. Breakfast was ok but a bit pricey compared with others. Our room was right on the street, no 6 I think, the red room. Up until after midnight we were annoyed by people outside our window, talking and shouting, opening and shutting car doors, revving engines, etc. Not just one group but several. It was Sunday night and We guess they had had a day in the city followed by some dining experiences. I know it is not something that the hotel can control, but make sure you don’t get that front room!
