Minha estadia foi apenas para dormir. Conseguimos colocar o carro dentro da propriedade, mas há poucas vagas. O espaço é bom, mas um pouco maltratado.Não tem café da manhã incluso. Serve para fechar com um grupo e usar a piscina e a churrasqueira.

Limpo, num lugar calmo, o quarto dois andares, o único ruim é que o frigobar fica no segundo andar e o quarto no primeiro. Não tem estacionamento garantido, tem umas vagas rotativas.

O atendimento da moça, na recepção é muito bom, sempre acessível e muito simpática.
Porém, o frigobar não funciona, o café é cobrado à parte, a TV com a fiação toda exposta, a descarga do banheiro não veda sem uma pressão manual, o ambiente externo carente de manutenção, etc...
O local é muito bom, o ambiente é ótimo, a vista é excepcional, mas a pousada precisa de manutenção.

A pousada é razoável. Não gostei de saber que no cor pago pela estadia não há café da manhã. O quarto duplex apresenta uma configuração da qual no gostei. O andar superior tem apenas uma sala minúscula que não dá condições de conforto para quem queira dormir. Acho que não deveria ter esse título de apartamento duplex. Isto induz a erros de avaliação do cliente.

Avoid!!!
Very disappointing. Room did not match hotel.com posting. No lightbulbs in lamps, had to screw in the coaxial cable wire into back of tv myself. The sofa bed did not open and had to buy an extra room for a third guest which the management required a cash, no receipt payment. No hot water until I complained heavily. We hoped to have a nice few days in Teresopolis, but clearly chose the wrong place. Even the WiFi wouldn’t work. I must say one good thing, the housekeeping woman was exceptional but I feel she was over worked by the management. My advice, avoid this place. Teresópolis is so nice with so many good pousadas, we just got scammed by a place whose description online was far from reality. I usually don’t write reviews, but in this case...

simplesmente péssima experiência, propaganda enganosa, não tem frigobar, banheiro alaga quando vai se tomar banho, quarto enfestado de mosquito, cheiro péssimo de cigarro, e as fotos fogem da realidade, fui embora antes da minha estadia acabar, pois queria ir embora assim que cheguei mas já estava tarde então não tive escolha, não foi nem um pouco do meu agrado e nem de acordo com o apresentado pelo site, gostaria de reaver o dinheiro, viagem programada e nao estou nem um pouco satisfeita em chegar a um lugar que nao condiz ao apresentado a mim quando paguei, achei que passaria um carnaval maravilhoso e não foi oque aconteceu.

É O quarto não tinha um bom cheiro. Na primeira noite encontramos uma barata no quarto que tivemos que matar. O pano de chão do banheiro é igual a toalha de rosto. Não há serviço de quarto, nem frigobar no quarto. A pousada possui uma boa estrutura mas é mal administrada. O café da manhã é bom. É deixar as malas, comer o café da manhã e passar o dia na rua. Voltar o mais tarde possível para dormir, pq o quarto não tem ar condicionado e tem muito mosquito.

Pousada nada agradável.
1-Varanda das suítes não possui divisórias entre as mesmas,fazendo com que não tenhamos privacidade.
2-Refeitório muito distante das suítes,além de ficar numa descida,uma pessoa idosa terá dificuldades de chegar ao local,bem como em épocas de chuvas,torna-se inviável o acesso,fora o perigo de acidentes.
3-Limpeza das suítes muito precárias.
4-Chuveiro da suíte nº:5 sai pouca água,e não tínhamos água quente.
5-Frigobar não funcionava,tínhamos que descer as escadas,para pegar água gelada.
6-Pousada localizada em uma rua,que é uma subida incrível,chega à dar medo,parece que o carro vai voltar de ré!!!
7-Poucas vagas de estacionamento,toda hora os hóspedes são incomodados para tirar seu carro,para o outro sair.
