We had an excellent stay at the Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs. The hotel was very clean, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is extremely dog-friendly - they provide a complimentary dog bed and bowl upon request, and pets stay free, which is a huge bonus. The central location is also perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop pool added to the overall experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the Kimpton Rowan to anyone visiting Palm Springs - especially those traveling with a pet. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our weekend getaway stay here! Great breakfast, clean, comfortable and big rooms, and fantastic customer service. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, ate by the pool and laid out one day, and Junioer for breakfast both days. 10/10 would go back and bring the dogs next time.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet drivers were top notch. One time we got back to our room when my wife realized she left her phone in the car. I went back down, and the valet was already bringing her phone. That's good service. The ice water in the lobby was wonderful. So was the wine tasting. Plenty of amenities. The restaurant was great. The hotel was within walking distance of shops and food. All in all, a great hotel.

A very nice hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Palm Springs. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the valet service was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a Nespresso machine, and the view from the top floors is really beautiful. The pricing was also very attractive, at least during the summer. A nice touch is the champagne fridge in the lobby, with a ¼ bottle of Moët available for $25. The only area that could be improved is the pool area. It feels a little underwhelming at the moment, particularly with the grey flooring and the sun loungers. A few relatively simple design changes could make a big difference and significantly enhance the overall experience. Overall, a very nice hotel and a great place to stay in Palm Springs. Highly recommended.
