Hotel and spa absolutely wonderful - not much negative to say. But the staff is very "polish" and cold and unfriendly. This is a 5*-standing hotel and they should train their staff to have that friendliness and service worth of a 5*z

Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

No water in the bathroom for almost 2 hours in the morning Bird poop on the curtains uppon arrival Refrigirator in the room out of order No towels uppon arrival No soap on day three Out of toilett paper twice in a week Very friendly Asian staff but many of the polish staff were rude except for the houseceeping staff that was very service minded and friendly No freshly baked buns for breakfast No oatmilk in the restaurants This is NOT a five star hotel! I will not come back here!

Unfortunately the pool was not heated and the bar was closed. Both were a reason for us to go there, it's a pity that it wasn't available, but above all that it wasn't announced. There was no apology and no justification. At the prices we paid for a suite, it was a no go.

We stayed in a superior room with view but we found a bit tight for 2 people , the front desk recommended the presidential suite ,,, on the 12 th floor it was 1000sqft , and the view from it was spectacular we agreed to take it, however the staff member forgot to mention there was no sound proofing , and there was a restaurant above the room , you could hear from morning till night , people walking , chairs and tables moving etc ,, for a presidential suite the furniture in living room looked liked it had taken a beating over the years , the mini bar was also pathetic, snicker bar and some soft drinks , for that kind of money per night I would have expected more , the tv connection to internet did not work they had some old system , no upgraded internet , the carpet Was in need of carpeting cleaning g to remove stains , the wood floor in living room and dining room was in bad shape , i will stay at Radisson in other cities ,,,, but never in swinoujscie, This was supposed to be a quiet relaxing vacation for me , however hard to sleep if they are running and moving stuff early in the morning till night time

Der Essensaal ist sehr laut. Auch muss man Morgen anstehen zum Frühstück. Es gibt drei Inseln zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen mit verschiedenen Gerichten, das macht die Wege sehr lang. Am Abend ist mir aufgefallen, das obwohl es Abendbrot bis 21 Uhr geben soll,ab 20 Uhr das Buffet schon abgeräumt wird. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Auch die Gebühren für den Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage finde ich sehr hoch.

Waren untergebracht im Zimmer 1122 Mega Aussicht, schönes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen beim Frühstück. Warum diese schreckliche künstliche Erdbeer Marmelade das kann Polen besser. Ansonsten reichhaltig. Parken ist in der Saison sehr teuer. Wenn man bereit ist das entsprechende Geld auszugeben ist es ein toller Aufenthalt. Werden wiederkommen in der Nachsaison.

Grymt hotell och superfina rum med närhet till stranden, restauranger och givetvis strandpromenaden. Klart plus med "källargången" till badlandet för barnen. Frukosten i sig va bra med stort utbud, dock lite kaos med allt folk men de va snabba att fylla på och hålla ordning.

Lækre værelser og helt overdådig morgen buffet. Aldrig oplevet noget lign. Desværre kun adgang til badeland 1 time om dagen inkluderet. Fantastisk hotel når vejret er godt pga stranden.
