"What a beautiful gem of a hotel. We were lucky to stay in the garden suite which was absolutely lovely. We loved sitting in the garden that evening. This property is meticulously cared for and there are small touches everywhere that make you feel truly special. Also, the town of Grassington is darling with so many cute shops and pubs. "6 people stayed in our group. Disappointing that we were charged £25 per couple for early check-in. Even as it was only 30 minutes before normal check in. Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them. Also whilst good range of breakfast delights very slow service"
