It met the usual expectations of a 5-star hotel room. I think what stood out to me the most was their swimming pool and gym, which were both very well maintained.

Fantastic hotel with some of the best food you would find in a hotel. Great breakfast, excellent room service and great dining options. The food is their standout quality and service from the duty manager and team and guest services. Best hotel in Yangon for business.

A great place stay in mid town Yangon, great view of the lake on one side of the hotel as well. The staff were gracious and able to handle any questions. I will stay here again when we come again.

The property is very nice but it is the staff that makes it so special. From the moment you walk through the front door you are pampered and made to feel special. Definitely opt for the Club Floor. The afternoon tea and evening snack/ dinner in the club lounge is great and included in the price.

convenience hotel in yangon

영어 The hotel was clean and welcoming to guests. I think all employees are making a lot of effort for the convenience of their customers. The sauna staff always greeted me in the morning with a smile. I plan to visit again next time. I just hope the late checkout time is a little bit long.

Golden Time!!!

We had a 2 night stay here, it was a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we were slightly disappointed with was that the Club Lounge was not open, although we purchased a Club Room. The kind staff did give us a club voucher for the lobby lounge and pool bar. I highly recommend Lotte to anyone traveling to Yangon.
