We stayed in the Balcony Room No 519-view of the harbor was great-sadly the flat roof below us(Think the restaurant) was covered in seagull poop which was disgusting! Also the step out from the room to the balcony is very dangerous...its quite high from the floor-twice I caught my ankle on the screen door base and I had bruises on my ankle...

I guess the hotel can’t determine what your neighbor will be like , but we had the most obnoxiously loud neighbor the whole stay. The walls seem to be paper thin, so it was like her screeching voice and blaring tv was in our room. We paid for a more expensive room in the Captain’s Quarters, so this was really disappointing for us. The staff was helpful once we requested help in this matter. The pool staff was outstanding and all the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
