The room was very nice. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good. And we went to a Steelers game and the shuttle service was fantastic. The drivers name escapes me but she was wonderful

Family sports trip
The hotel was good for the price. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Downfall Is that the area it is located in is run down and did not feel like a safe area to be walking around at night. The internet did not work at all. It is convenient if you are going to PNC park or Acrisure Stadium. Would only recommend because the price was good and other hotels were sold out.

Clean and comfortable, but bad WiFi/Internet
Hotel and rooms are very clean. The room had a leaky toilet and needs a new flush valve. The WiFi/Internet is terrible though. The front desk staff just shrugged and said "we use an offshoot ISP and this is an ongoing problem, we can't get them on the phone to tell them to come fix it". The management of the hotel should have taken action. The fire alarm also went off once at 4am in the morning. It was a false alarm, but certainly made for a rude awakening.

A great time in Pittsburgh
We stayed for one night to go to a Pirates game. Our shuttle driver, who I am so sad that I did not get her name, went above and beyond for us. My husband left his phone on her shuttle and she drove back to North Shore Tavern and came into the very busy restaurant to find us and return his phone. Simply amazing!!!

Overall average. Appearance is modern and appealing. No internet during 3 day stay. Breakfast ok. Fitness room ok. TV channel selection ok. On busy street with noisy traffic, but close to PNC Park and Acrisure Stadium. Would not pay this rate to stay here again.

Low price but it shows
Overall the hotel was good. We got a great deal on the room, but the wifi was down which was an inconvenience as the service is spotty. Room cleanings happens every three days but can be requested in the middle if needed. We asked for cleaning after one night because the plumbing stank and the bathroom was unusable. However, they told us the regular cleanings were to happen that day or the day after and they didn’t come. Our stay was 4 nights and the room didn’t get cleaned once despite saying they get cleaned every 3 days. The plumbing was bad so the whole room stank if the toilet was flushed. We ended up using the hotel lobby bathroom and got ready there most mornings and nights. The room also did not have a deadbolt which was a safety concern. The location is pretty good, drives to different locations are short (7min to Strip District, 5min to Duquesne Incline, ~9min to Monongahela Incline, 5min to Andy Warhol Museum, 15min to Point State Park, PPG Place and Market Square).
